Welcome to Diaper DuDee FAQ's When should I sign up? Anytime! Whether you just found out your pregnant or have a newborn, you can sign up for service when it works for you. We can have your diapers to your home within one week; sometimes as soon as 24 hours. What if I live outside of the service area?
If you live outside of our normal delivery area you have three options:
Ames, Greater Des Moines, Lincoln, Greater Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion and Bennington are all considered part of Diaper DuDee's Normal delivery area. How do I pay and what kind of committment is involved?

What is included in the Set-up Fee?
Our loaner Diaper Pail and zippered diaper pail liners; your individual consultation and delivery of your service items once the baby arrives (includes the trip charge); and the fun administrative work we have to do to get you into our system.
What do I do with my soiled diapers?
There is no rinsing or soaking needed. Just deposit the soiled diaper in the diaper pail. Please shake loose poop into toilet if possible.
Also, flushable liners are available to you for $5; they will help with odors as well as maintain the integrity of the cotton fibers.
What do I do on delivery day?
Your delivery day and time is determined by your geographic location. Please have your diapers to your front/back door by 7:00am on your scheduled day. It is not necessary to be home to receive your delivery. If you forget to leave out your soiled diapers we will try knocking. If we miss you, call as soon as possible. There is a missed delivery fee.
To cancel a week’s service and not be charged, you must tell us 48 hours before your delivery day.
If you live in a secured entryway, please make arrangements for a hassle-free pick up and delivery. Please do not place your soiled diapers in direct sunlight!
There are many billing options available. Your initial set-up of standard service is one month and the set-up fee. You will receive all your billing options in your New Customer packet.
Prepaid service will not be refunded.
How do I make changes to service?
In order for us to make adjustments to your service in time for your next delivery, it is best if you notify us at least 48 hours before the needed change. Email us or call to make your changes. For discontinuing service please make arrangements two weeks in advance so that you are not charged for service when you no longer need it.
How many diapers do I get?
When you start service, we will furnish enough of our diapers to meet your specified needs. You will typically change a baby 10-12 times/day or every 2-3 hours. If additional diapers are needed, just let us know. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your service.
Remember, you are charged for your full inventory, not the amount of diapers you actually use. So if you have 100/wk but are only using 70, you are charged for the full 100.
If I want to use disposables on vacation, do I pay for service too?
You have two options:
Do I get any incentive if my friend signs up?
Customers will receive ONE free week of service when referring someone. The person who begins service will also receive one free week.
Can I buy service as gift?
Diaper service is a great gift. We can provide you with a gift certificate to provide to the recipient. Order a gift of service.
How do I stop service?
When potty training is complete, or you are no longer in need of our service please notify us two weeks in advance to discontinue service. On the last service day, please put any clean diapers with the soiled. This way we will get a full count of diapers returned. If all diapers are not returned, Diaper DuDee Diaper Service has the right to charge the default credit card on file for the full retail price of each diaper.
